This software will read out a workout to you in much the same way that a coach or instructor would. You just type in the phrases you want it to say and the length of time to wait until the next instruction and then press start and it will read them out to you.

I’ve found this very useful as it means you can just concentrate on the exercise without having to look at a clock or count reps. It also makes it much easier to complete the workout when you’re following the instructions given out rather than just reading them off a sheet of paper.

You can even set certain songs to start playing at different times during the workout.

What Can I Use It For?

Its useful for Yoga, Palates, Calisthenics, Meditation and more.
